OUR SCHOOL

Millennial Traditions for Modern Times

Our History

The School is founded in August 2017 by Cosimo Wolf Arnese as a minor branch of the Shaolin Wenhua association under the aegis of the 32nd generation Shaolin Master Shi Xing Mi with the aim of bringing and promoting Martial Arts, Philosophy and the Culture of the Shaolin Warrior Monks in Switzerland.

In 2019 the School becomes an official member of the Swiss Wushu Federation, the same year, after a cultural trip to China in which for the first time Ticino students trained at the temple with authentic Warrior Monks, it hosts for the first time in Switzerland a delegate of the Shaolin Temple, Master Shi Yan Ji, thus guaranteeing the official recognition of the Monastery as a School of Traditional Shaolin Martial Arts.

In 2020 we welcome Niccolò Gelsi to our team, an Italian student of Master Shi Xing Mi, who thanks to his skills allows us to open the Sanda and Shaolin Combat course and thus expand our horizons.

In 2022 we open our second school in  Locarno.

In 2023 we open schools in Ginevra and Chiasso.
